Situated at Little Kaiteriteri, these apartments enjoy superb vistas across Tasman Bay. At three stories high they are nevertheless scaled to suit a residential context, and utilise materials and textures to enhance their surroundings and visually heal a heavily scarred site prepared for an earlier development. The fourteen private apartments have shared use of a pool, sauna and spa. They establish a quality precedent for higher density holiday accommodation adjacent to the Abel Tasman National Park.

Carried out as a joint venture between Irving Smith Jack and Herriot & Melhuish Architects from Wellington, this project reflects a working relationship between our two practices which we are able to utilise for larger projects.
